Do we now know everything that you know about Ellen, Evan, close family?

"(Ellen) died at John's birth,he was brought up by his grandparents at Abersoch."
Would you confirm names and census refs of what you have (about grandparents)?

If your implication is that Middlesex was concreted over,
1854 "Middlesex" was covered with farms, especially from "Wembley" "outwards west and north"

Wembley Stadium is (re-)built upon land adjacent / within the old Chalkhill / Blackbird / Preston Farms.Housing estate "next" to stadium still known as ChalkHill (Estate).

Hi,I'm not on Ancestry so cannot see Evan in the 1851 census.I've found John in the 1911 census Llanengan living in the Vaynol hotel with his sister.Ellen's grandparents are in the censuses from 1841 onwards at Glan y morfa parish of Llanarmon,I do not know anymore.

This is a bit of a long shot but a possibility.
1851 census HO107/1710/144/22 Park Street, Hitchin, Hertfordshire just to the North of Middlesex
Evan Jones head married aged 31 occup. Railway Porter born Llanarmon, Caernarvonshire
Ann Jones wife Married aged 30 her birthplace I am guessing is Saffron Walden but could do with a second opinion since the writing isn't very clear.
