That is a lovely story, and no sign of a selfie stick.

Slightly off topic but four years ago I remember seeing a selfie stick in action for the first time. I could not believe it and actually had to take a photograph of it being used.  Technology for people who can't be bothered to work out how the self-timer works on a camera.

I agree in that I think this is a lovely and charming story although somewhat bittersweet as the man is posing on his own in the last image.

It certainly is a good reminder to appreciate what we have now - especially our relationships.
