I am looking for the parents of Elizabeth Sharpe bn 1825 Polesworth, Warks.
Elizabeth married William Starkey bn 1820 Polesworth, Warks.
They mrd in 1842 Atherstone, Warks.
William's occupation was a Coal miner in 1861.
They had a large family and later moved Bedworth, Warks.

The marriage certificate from 25 Dec 1842 at Polesworth Parish Church has Elizabeth's age as 19 and gives no father's details

Edited to add: One of the witnesses is a James Sharpe, and on the 1841 census in Polesworth, there's a household of:

Elizabeth Sharp, 50, widow
James Sharp, 25, Ag Lab
Elizabeth Sharp, 20
All born in the County.

The couple married at Polesworth 13.12.1804
Joseph Sharp and Elizabeth Leedham. Richard Sutton and Ann Pew witnesses and they all signed.

Burial for Joseph 26.7.1835 age 51
Elizabeth Leedham bapt 18.2.1787 d of Edward and Sarah of Freasley at Polesworth.

Unless she was baptised when not an infant, a baptism in 1830 would only make her 12 when she married in 1842.

Or am I confused?

Yes it would,but if you look at the other children it looks like Joseph and Elizabeth stopped baptising their children after 1821.James is missing and he should be baptised 1815/6.
There is a gap 1814 to 1821 and then there is Elizabeth so much latter in 1830.
I think it was a very late baptism and she was about 6 or 7 .

Usually there's a note if the person being baptised isn't an infant, but there's not one for Elizabeth.  That's what made/makes me suspicious
