Who were Susan Newcombe's parents?

Good Morning all.
I'm struggling to find more information on Susan's parents
She was born appx 1798 in Plymouth Devon & married John Bone
26/10/1823 • East Stonehouse, Devon, England
William Bone & Elizabeth Newcombe  were witness's,  John was a mariner. They had appx 6 children between 1829 & 1845.
I can pick her up on the 1851-71 census returns, however she is not with the family on the 1841 one.

There is a marriage of an Elizabeth Newcombe to John Western in East Stonehouse on 3 Nov 1828 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2M3-SL2C  Witnesses include William Newcombe

John is listed as a gardener and I think in 1841 I think Elizabeth is listed as Betsey living in Plymouth with family

Only one I can find with on line sources;

SUSANNAH Newcombe christened 28 July 1799 Little Torrington, Devon, Mother MARY Newcombe

Familysearch.Org also has a Marriage 1803 East Stonehouse of a Mary Newcombe to Michael Flanagan
Both single, he is a Steward of His Majestys Ship "Malta"

May not be her but worth noting.
