Hello
The info I got was off Scots People website.
There is also Alexander's Will for 1840 which may give more clues on there.

Scots people give several possible baptisms for Alexander Fraser born c 1775 but that's not to say any are yours.
There is a family tree on Ancestry which has gone for
Alexander Fraser born 21 Nov 1775 s of William Fraser and Jean Steuart .

Jean Steuart  is 8.9.1739-23 May 1819.Checking Scots People there is an entry that would match in Inverness. But there is a better entry for her with a  Will as widow of William Fraser Commissary of Inverness 5.6.1827 Inverness Sheriff Court .There are no dates for William. But again Scots people has a Will that could be him in 1822 Inverness Commissary court recruiting Sergeant and Chelsea out pensioner.

Those names would fit the Scottish naming system of children .
The children I can see for them are all in Inverness

Matheson Fraser 10.9.1774
Alex 21.11 1775
John 3.6.1777
The couple married at Inverness 16.5.1767
Her parents are Alexander and Jean Steuart nee Scott.

It looks right and the records check out but i'm not sure how they got from looking in Aberdeen to looking in Inverness.

ps if you do look at Alexander's Will 1840 there is also a Will for a Miss Matheson Fraser born 1776 died 1856 at Aberdeen  24 Silver st on there. She is an annuitant born Inverness and could leave her money to the wider family as she had no children of her own.
