Hi Rados...This file is way too small to get a meaningful restore from. Could you scan it at a resolution of 300dpi in colour mode and saved to best quality. You can post a file size of up to 500kb and yours is only 18kb.

This is the best i can do. Even used an artificial intelligence program to increase the resolution.
