Transcript of Note found on Will

Hi

Can anyone help me with this Latin note I found on the bottom part of the back page of the 1712 Inventory of Elizabeth Rogers of Leaveland? I can read the names "Joseph Rogers" [who may be Elizabeth's son] and Thomas Chapman of Badlesmere.

I think the note is to do with administration but as there is a Probate note on the the other side I am not sure.

Any clues in the will itself? Were they the overseers perhaps?

I suspect they were relatives. Unfortunately all that survives is the inventory so I don't even know who is mentioned in the Will.

The names of the 'appraisers' of the inventory look like Thomas Wildish and Giles Hilton [see attachment] but I have no idea who they are.
