Cause of Death

Yet another document I can't fully decipher. Attached is a cause of death clip which reads: Cancer of the ? and throat 1 year.
I can't figure out the other word so, as usual, any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks for that - I would never have deciphered that and have to admit it's a word I'd never heard before. Fits perfectly with the cancer of the throat.
