Hi Susan,

There maybe a problem with the filename, can you re-name it? Each photo has to have a unique filename so if grandma.jpeg has already been used then you have to call it something different say grandmajanesmith.jpeg or something like that.

Images can be no larger than 500k so you may need to check the size of your image.
