Parish Records - Henry Ambrose b. 1778 Ormskirk

Hi,
My GGG Grandfather Henry Ambrose b. 9.8.1778 Ormskirk was son of Thomas & Ciceley Ambrose.
I have found court records for 2 "bastard children", from around 1796 to 1799.
One is a son born to Margaret Kirkby, I think from Halsall.

Wondering if anyone could help me with register of births of these children please.

Threw up an interesting Halsall burial!

FindMyPast has the baptisms (transcriptions) of -

John Kirkby, bap 7 Aug 1799, Ormskirk, mother Margaret Kirkby, no father named
William Kirkby, bap 20 Mar 1796, Cockerham, mother Peggy Kirkby, no father named

These places are a long way apart, Cockerham towards the north of Lancashire and Ormskirk to the south.

Mother's name of John Kirkby baptised at St. Peter & Paul, Ormskirk 7th Aug. 1799 transcribed as Mary on Lancashire Online Parish Clerks.
Another baptism at same church, March 1805: "Thomas Kirkby, son of Mary Kirkby, abode Halsall. Notes: Spurious".
Transcription of filiation & maintenance order dated 7th Oct. 1799 in Lancashire Archives online catalogue has name of mother as Margaret.

The other filiation order in Lancashire Archives catalogue for Henry Ambrose, labourer of Halsall is 1796  Downholland. Mother of the bastard son was Ellen Banks. Dated 21st Oct. 1796.
There was a baptism 2nd Oct. 1796 at St. Peter & Paul, Ormskirk of Thomas Banks, son of Ellen, abode Halsall. Notes: Spurious.

there is also a James Kirby mother Ellen Kirby who  was born in Halsall baptised 16 Nov 1794
