Looks like family went to New Zealand - think son Sidney Ernest Cooper is the one who married there 1890 to an Elizabeth Josephine Donnelly.   There is no death entry for an S E Cooper but there is a plain Sidney Cooper, Draper, aged 89 died 1949 Auckland, and Elizabeth Josephine Cooper died 1955 Auckland.

Almah Cooper aged 54 died 1899 New Zealand (per NZ BDM's).
William Cooper aged 73 died 1904 New Zealand      ditto

Ancestry shows Almah Cooper died 28/5/1899 Onehunga, Auckland, NZ and buried Waikaraka Cemetery, husband shown as William Cooper and William Cooper died 8/12/1904 same place, and buried same cemetery, wife shown as Almah Cooper.

Yes sorry, I meant 1881 she was in Burnham on sea, Ive edited it now.

And WoW! Annette7 - how/where did you find that out? That makes sense if they completely sold up and went to NZ - thank you so much  :) :) :) :)

I have a Worldwide subscription to Ancestry and first searched 'All Collections' for a Sidney Ernest Cooper and the 1890 marriage came up in New Zealand.   I then went onto the NZ BDM's site and searched for a death for an Almah Cooper and found it there.   Dozens of William Coopers but no idea which could be him. All it states is age and year and didn't know where in NZ it was.    Back to Ancestry to search for Almah Cooper and got the details giving date of death and where in NZ it was plus it states husband as William.   So then searched for William Cooper in Auckland too and found his death in 1904, same place, with wife shown as Almah.

Simples!

How did you find 5 children?

Sidney's will is on familysearch.org and it states 3 children: Sidney John Cooper, Alice Margaret Dell and Sible Creamer Penney (perhaps Frederick and Constance died).

Frederick died in 1927 aged only 17. Ive not found much more about the others apart from Alice marrying Frederick Dell. So I guess Constance died young too :(
