Help with wording of 1643 baptism please

Please, what are the words that follow "baptized"?   Is the last one "Liberty" and what might it mean?

Thank you for the transcript and also the link.   I'm confused as to why it was added.   Did it mean they weren't living in the parish?

It means they were living within the boundaries of the ‘Liberty’, which is a civil designation, not connected to a particular parish.

The local church would probably be Holy Trinity, Minories – is that the register you’re looking at?

There is also the chapel of St Peter ad Vincula, within the Tower itself, but those registers aren’t deposited.
