Greeting,

I have a couple more latin transcriptions that are marriage certificates.They are for Christopher Laporta , Josepha, Salvatore Sgroj and his wife Maria Costanzo, and Josepha Speziale, Carmelo Laporta I think once i have these i will be able to navigate better with these kinds of records thank you.

Main points ...

Marriage on 16 May 1880, after banns called on 25(?) April, 2 and 6 May, of Carmelo Laporta (lawful and natural son of Cristoforo and of Concepta Prato, married couple), and Josepha Speciale (daughter of Michele and of Josepha Pavone*, married couple), both of the community of Valguarnera, with no lawful impediment found; witnesses – Josepho Trovato and (?)osario Di (?)arico

     * I transcribed this surname in one of your earlier threads as Savone(?), but I now think Pavone is correct.
