My Stepmother Lucy Sterig and myself

This is a picture of me and my step-mother from the early 60s, she passed away in the 1980s.
Could someone kindly make a clearer picture and try to do something with mark on my head. Thank you so very much, very much appreciated.

Came from Cadoxton S. Wales. Moved to England in 1966.
Moved to Florida in 1970
Moved and settled in Toronto in 1971
I have been married for over 40 years and we have 2 wonderful boys and one granddaughter
