Marriage announcement in the Globe and Mail newspaper...5 July 1920, page 10
At the home of Mr and Mrs Robert Thompson of Brussels, Ontario on June 29, 1920, their sister Margaret Stewart McLaughlan married Ambrose K Zapfe of the Royal Bank of Canada, St. Catharines.  It says that the bride was given away by her brother Mr R J McLaughlan.  The wedding march was played by her sister Mrs Thompson.

Obituary for Ambrose K Zapfe in the Globe and Mail on 6 Oct 1961, page 32
He died at the Toronto Western Hospital on Oct 4 1961.  Husband of Margaret McLauchin and father of Murray of Vancouver and Mrs D B McAdam (Betty Lou) of Toronto.
