Hi all, working with a lady who knows on her dads side as far back as Henry Charles Phillips born Plympton 1885. I’m sure she would love it if there was any more info going back. As in were the family always in  Devon. Cheers Phil.

Nicholas Harris Phillips Sept 1/4 1850 Plympton St Mary's vol 9 page 265 The birth record on GRO has his mother's maiden name as Voysey.

So the Nicholas born 1851 was given the extra name Henry to differentiate him from his older brother who died
