as i said you completely jumped to the wrong conclusion, no where did i ask for anyone to look up anything to help the original poster, I asked the poster if he knew where the family lived as then you can narrow down the location of possible churches or registration areas, this can then be searched free of charge at ero.

If you have Emily's DOB from the census you should be able to narrow her birth registration down to one quarter (plus possibly the following quarter if she was born in the latter half of that quarter). If that doesn't work then she was likely a widow and unless she was much younger than Arthur (who you say was b 1869) is likely to be married and recorded as Emily Taylor in 1911.
