Much better if you turn CAPITALS off.....
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.

the latter includes the Kilkenny Journal, and Leinster Commercial and Literary Advertiser Kilkenny, Republic of Ireland I quickly searched both without success  covering 1860-1899

TRYING TO FIND A MARGARET PURCELL IN KILKENNY IRELAND ,BORN IN THE MIDDLE  TO LATE 1800S WHO ESCAPE TO AMERICA ,DUE TO A MURDER IN A PUB

Hello,

That’s just too big a range - as others have said looking at 1860-1890 as birth means she could be escaping 1875 - 1905.
Where do you have her? That would help people to help you.

I just found a Margaret Purcell (of Kilmanagh?, Kilkenny Ireland) listed as an heir in a will of James Purcell of (Brigus by North) Newfoundland, Canada.  This will was written in 1865 just before he left the country.  It was probated in 1887. James was believed to have died.  Also listed as an heir in the will was Richard Purcell (of Franklin County, Kentucky?).
