Can I copy a picture from a smart-phone direct to a memory-stick?
« on: Thursday 26 July 18 16:56 BST (UK) »
I'm able to download photos from OH's Smartphone to the laptop, then transfer them to whatever device I wish e.g. a memory-stick.

Can I cut out the laptop and do this directly?

Not that i am aware of, the memory stick has to be linked to something (its only a storage device) ie the laptop etc.  You can transfer phone to phone.

Just rethinking that problem and yes you can as long as you get the correct adaptor.  eg apple do a special flash drive that has a lightning port on one end and a usb on the other.

Ha ha Gadget beat me to it.  There must be a suitable adaptor for most phone.
