translation please

Can anyone translate these occupations from the 1911 census.
John  Henry  Wilde born 1865 England. It`s doubtful Alice is his "wife" as his real wife is still in England in 1911 saying she is married. The children are definitely his and he was an accountant in England.

This looks like Caviere,which might be something to do with wine.

Just looked at cellarman  in my French dictionary and it says caveist.
I think on the census you have it is Canadian French so it may be 
Cellarman.There are differences in Belgian French and French as spoken in
France so possibly also with Canadian French.

The occupation for John Henry Wilde is comptable which means accounting in English. 

The entry for John is not shown on the part you posted.  It is the line above.

Son Thomas (16) is a plumber and Son Frederick (15) is a messenger.  I'm having difficulty making out the occupation of daughter Lillian (18).

I think you're right, carol8353.

On a passenger list, I found a Lilian Wilde, age 46, occupation Accountant sailing from Montreal to Liverpool aboard the Duchess of Bedford, arriving July 8, 1939.  Destination address in the UK was 35 Owen Rd., Wolverhampton.  Possibly the daughter?
