William Rooke and Selina married c 1841

I'm trying to find the marriage of of a William Rourke and Selina c 1841.

In 1851,1861,1871 I have William Rooke born 1819 London, Middlesex and Selina born Sheffield 1824. His name has been listed at Rooke, Wroe, Rourke but other points, including children, all agree. In 1842 (according to 1851 census) a daughter Mary was born at Derby and from the 1851 census the family lived in Manchester.

Unfortunately any parish records for his birth do not seem to have found their way onto the 'net and I can find no record of a marriage.

I'm trying this in Yorkshire in case that is where they were married, but it all seems a long shot. Any contraty pointers would be appreciated.

Heywood - thanks for Elizabeths record. She is obviously a member ofthe family and this is what I was looking for. My only source for GRO records is FreeBMD and, unfortunately, they don't give mothers maiden name. Presumably you had that from a subscription source.
