I think this reads SUTHERLAND not Dutherland?

The first witness is John LOGAN.

I think the second witness may be John McEarlay but not 100% sure of that.

Looking at the whole page that this baptism comes from there does not appear to be any other McE available for comparison.

Full text seems to read:

"William Sutherland Servant in Ketwal had a Child born on the fif-
teenthday of March one thousand seven hundred and fifty five years
and baptized on the Seventeenth Day of Said Month call. Anne be-
fore Witnefses John Logan & John McEarlay there."
