1861 Census Lookup Please

Although the note in the register next to Ruth Wheller's baptism does clearly say born 1842, I suspect that was a mistake at the time and she was actually born in 1862. There is a birth registration for a Ruth Wheller in the area in 1862 with no mother's maiden name quoted - which usually means illegitimate - and there is none for 1842. Plus of course it is extremely difficult for a mother to give birth in May and October of the same year.

... and there she is in the 1871 census, aged 9, at the home of her elder sister Mary and her husband Silas White.
