My Great great Granny cause of death

Hi there
I was hoping someone could translate the cause of death please of my great great  granny Frances Gilson. 

I can make out the words CHRONIC and EXHAUSTION  also I believe it might say 6 years 3 months certified but that is a long illness!!

Looks like chronic catarrh and exhaustion.

The second word is Tumour but I am struggling with the first one. Cranian? Coanian?

Can you send a smaller version, it will be a bit less fuzzy on my eyesight!  ;D

It could be Cranian - but I would expect it to say Cranial - which it might?

I think she has had the first illness for 6 months and the second illness for 3 months?
