Very speculative,  - WILLIAMS as a surname in NSW records is quite a popular one.

NSW 1870 ER BRAIDWOOD
William WILLIAMS has three listings… May be three males, or may be several chaps.

Of Braidwood, leasehold at Braidwood
Of Araluen, residence at Crown flat, Araluen
Of Braidwood, residence, Braidwood.

GREVILLES PO Directory 1875 BRAIDWOOD
W WILLIAMS, Blacksmith

IF (and it is a huge IF) .... so IF Mrs Sarah CARTER, mother of the bride for the 1875 NSW marriage, ... if that Sarah turns out to be part of the BUNN family, I may have 19th Century NSW family papers to share (BUNN and MURRAY families).   .... (Bunn rather than Burn ... and easily mis-read of course in the longhand scripts from 19th C)...

"...She was born about 1854 in Bradfield Berkshire England"

Where did you find that information?

The 1930, QLD, death certificate would be useful to your research. The QLD index entry shows that there will be no names for parents , but other information would be useful.....years in the colony, birthplace, names of children  etc
