Hardy    Arthur H    Gillingham    W.Ham    4a   207 mar 1/4 1925
The surnames are the wrong way round on your mary & lewis 1918 marriage to match with the birth

You can find Arthur & Rosetta on the 1939 register and from there get to Arthur on the 1911 census. On the census it shows him as 10 years old with parents Henry & Ellen Hardy. This should be enough to start working back, if that is what you are trying to do.

From his death entry Arthur E. Hardy born 23/5/1900 was Arthur Edward Hardy.

However, his birth does not appear to have been registered although that of his siblings were.

Parents Henry Hardy married Ellen Moxley 1882 Bethnal Green.
