The obituary for Arthur brings us nicely back to reply 5 (as above).  Emma is later Mrs Emily Dankowich - Canada Voters List 1963 Edmonton/Strathcona - Mike Dankowich (insulator) Emilie Dankowich, Katie Dankowich(housekeeper) Edward Albert (pensioner) and William Albert (engineer)

Canada Voters List 1949 - Mike Deankwoich (baker) Mrs Mike Deankwoich, Edward Albert (plasterer) and Mrs Edward Albert.

(There was a marriage of Edward Albert to JessieE Miller - 1935 Edmonton Alberta)

Ralph referred to in the obituary is Rudolf on the 1921 census.

Evelyn Albert - daughter of Arthur and Josephine was born 19 June 1935 and passed away 3 February 2010 - obituary should be in the Edmonton Journal

I still believe the parents to be Henry Herman/Harry and Pauline Albert.

Any acknowledgement from the original poster - people have spent a lot of time researching this and gone to the effort of securing the obituary for Arthur Albert from Edmonton Library. It would be nice to see some show of appreciation and recognition.
