Thomas Dalgarno 1886-1914

This gentleman is not a direct ancestor but I would be interested in knowing his cause of death. I may appear tight-fisted but since he is not an ancestor and I'm on a budget, I hoped there might be someone out there  who knows what happened to him.
 He was born in Burny Gill, Durham in 1886. His father was Thomas Milne Dalgarno and his Mother May Ellen Ogilvy. He was a farm worker. In July 1914 he married Edith Hutchinson in Alnwick, Northumberland. In September 1914 he died in Warkworth, Durham.
If there is anyone who knows what happened to him, I'd be delighted to hear from you.
