Hi, I suspect that this is a bit of a lost cause 

Here is the page from my Grandfathers Netherlands navy pay book, it is a copy of a copy of a copy of a ......... I'm sure you get the picture 

Would it be at all possible to perhaps enhance it so I could make out the numbers on it, I know his date of birth is 7-01-04 but I would love to know his official number etc or anything else which may be able to be made clear, I have a friend in the Netherlands who may be able to search for records of my Grandfathers time in the Second World War, but as can be seen from the photograph the details are somewhat blurred.
