Sawley baptism about 1830 please

Hi

I am looking for the father's name of Rachel HARTLEY/HEARTLEY born about 1830 in Sawley, Yorkshire. Mother's name is Mary.

Nothing showing on the available C of E parish registers.  However, it seems that there is a gap in the Sawley registers for baptisms - 1819 - 1836, and BT's nothing prior to 1836 (Genuki).
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

She is a border in the household of William Waddington in Bent Street, Blackburn. in 1851.

Hi

Yes I know - her mother married William in 1842 so she and her sister Ann are his step daughters by marriage.

I think that the mother's name is Mary Shaw and I have found a marriage for a Benjamin Hartley to a  Mary Shaw but I can't find a death record for a Benjamin that makes sense. Just hoping to tidy up a loose end.

If Ann is her sister then there is Ann Hartley b 15 Sep 1836. baptised 11 Dec 1836. St Mary the Virgin, Bury, Lancashire.  Mother Mary, Father Robert.
