If I have the right death for her mother, Annie would only be 7 yrs old.
Assuming she was still living, she may have been sent to relatives or elsewhere.
Unfortunately, it is not an uncommon name to search. :-\

Bernard Rooney died in 1942.
She had a brother Michael Patrick Rooney born in 1918.

I don't know who was looking after both of them after their mother died.
My Brady family is large, so any of them could have helped out.

Thank you.
I had discounted that death because he was married.

Yes I know is states that, but as his death was registered by the hospital it was an error.

Are you related to any Rooney's by any chance?

No not at all. I was just trying to help.

I think it is difficult to find her without more clues. Are there any  of your Brady relatives with stories to tell?

All good wishes
Heywood

No living relatives that I have been in contact with over the years, have never mentioned Annie Veronica  Rooney!  Maybe she's not related to my Rooney's after all.  Maybe she was adopted? Who knows???

Thanks for trying to help.
