I've now managed a look up at some earlier electoral rolls for Galsworthy Walk Bootle.
1977/8 Evelyn Rimmer

1973/4 Evelyn Rimmer and Thomas Rimmer

1972/3 Evelyn  Rimmer and Thomas Rimmer

Neither there in 1965 but didn't manage the gap between.

Only had a quick look for a marriage with no success and haven't found deaths for either.
