You're welcome  :)

Elsie so far is elusive. :P

The two daughters,
L. born Jan. 4, 1928, daughter of Frank James, and Elsie Fish. Elsie signed, witness Elizabeth Cowdry

M.A. born July 21, 1930, daughter of Frank James, of 5501-ninth Ave. Rosemount and Elsie Fish,
both signed, witness Annie Whelan.

You had mentioned they had 4 children, so I'm going to assume you know their names.
Sandra I've PM'd those names to you.

I was hoping Annie's obit might mention Elsie, but no luck.

There is an Elsie Maud James in the same cemetery (5th March 1973) as Annie - can't see anything giving Elsie a middle name. Nothing on Voters List.  :-\

Hi,

Frank is buried in the Champ d'Honneur/National Field of Honour Cemetery. This cemetery is
also for military family members. You may wish to email them to see if Elsie is there.
Frank's grave is Section E, Grave 60.
