R Morison, Stornoway Date please?

I don't need a restore, just help dating the picture, please.

The picture is from Stornoway and the man on the left is my great grandfather (1827-1917).  He looks elderly, and I imagine his clothing was probably quite old-fashioned. From what the other men are wearing I am guessing early 1900s.  Does that seem about right?

What looks to be a coal burning tug in the background with the number 32 on it's smoke stack suggests late 1890s on, so I'd have to say you're pretty close.
