« on: Thursday 09 August 18 16:10 BST (UK) »
Chorley Branch LFHHS will soon be starting another “FIRST STEPS” Family History Course.

How much do you know about your grandparents and earlier generations?
Do you know when, and where, they were born, or whether they had brothers and sisters?

For anyone who would like an introduction to researching their own family history, attending our “First Steps” course, covering a variety of subjects, is an excellent starting point.
No matter where your antecedents lived and died, this course can help, and will also act as a refresher to those already researching.

Open to anyone, the course commences Friday 28 September 2018 and will be held in  -
The Chorley Family History Research Centre, Astley Hall Farmhouse, Astley Park, Chorley, PR7 1XA.

Consisting of 10 sessions on consecutive Friday evenings - from 7:30 to 9:30pm - the course costs just £40.00, inclusive of resource materials and light refreshments.

Bookings are now being taken, so for further details, and to secure a place, please contact Ron or Pauline Chapman on 07730 793990.

Parking is available on Hallgate.
