Thomas Woolcock Chemist and Druggist

Thomas Woolcock Chemist and druggist was recorded in the 1851 Census at 14 Green Street Neath

I am unable to find him the 1861 Census  would someone be able to locate him in the 1861 Census

It looks like he died in Neath in 1863

In April 1863 newspapers report a Thomas Woolcock was found wandering the streets of Carmarthen, arrested by the police, and charged with being a dangerous lunatic, The court ordered that he be removed to Briton Ferry Lunatic Asylum.
In September 1863 it was reported that he had died from paralysis.

As there was only one Thomas Woolcock death registered in Glamorgan in 1863 presumably his is the 1863 death you refer to.

Perhaps his "wandering" problems had started earlier and he simply was not recorded on the 1861 census.

In the 1861 Briton Ferry Asylum census there are numerous people listed with initials so is it possible he was already there and one of those
