Background fix! Joe Lynn

Just found this photo of my great-grandfather, taken at the Rembrandt Studios in Clones, County Monaghan.

I love the photo, but the background is really bugging me! If you look at the sides, the photo is not straight. I'd love to print it to put in a square frame, but I need to get the background fixed properly first. Would anyone be able to fix this?

Here's my offering. Did a bit of focusing as well and left the background as one solid color to make him standout better. If you wish a textured background, let me know.
