I too thought Lesbia was the name of the house,I could have understood Lesbos the name of the island ,perhaps it’s another “ Dunromin”  ::)
Sappho was the Lesbian most well known from the ancient world, from the Island of Lesbos.
Lesbia was VERY heterosexual,so the house name is probably just because it sounds nice.I have lovely friends who are Scottish, work took them to Wales and they named their bungalow “Niaroo”,I could not fathom the mystery until they explained it was Oor ain——Our own backwards.Novel.
Thanks .Viktoria.

I puzzled over a similar one whilst on a walk on the Isle of Wight a few years ago - a house called "Llamedos" - and, no, it's not Welsh. At one time, there was also a racehorse called "Selohesra".
