Have you seen the John David b. 1875 with father Peter David labourer?
This John says born B'ham but might be worth a look.
FreeBMD doesn't show a John David born B'ham.

Hi Jim yes i did look into that thanks, but was'nt able to find a birth certificate.  Most of my family are from west derby liverpool lancashire. On John Davids records it says Born in France [ British Subject] by parents. Could he have been born in France & Baptised here,  i have tryed looking for his father peter david in the army but nothing. I've  also found another  record  Martha Alice David born in july 1969 Baptised  1st August at st peters church liverpool lancashire. father peter David mother Mary, but car'nt find a birth record.

Unlikely to be an army man more likely a mariner. If he had his own boat or was a skipper his wife could have gone with him.
Edit:
He's a mariner on Martha's Baptism.

Hi Jim yes it does say he's a mariner how do i find out more info, i have search alot of records but nothing .

I can't find anything either.
Looked at Masters & mates records, consular births, BMD for Martha Alice, outgoing passenger lists & as you know nothing on the census.
