William Hegarty, Donegal Town Ripped Photo

Found this photo a few years ago of my 2x great grandfather, who was born in 1866. He worked as a horseman delivering goods around the countryside and the Town.

Unfortunately it's quite badly damaged with a few rips and tears, and it would be great if someone might be able to clean it up a bit.
