Gosney/Gosnay/George Dale

Hi Everyone

I am trying to trace Gosnay - he sometimes went as George (no-one knows why).

Gosnay was born 27/2/1918 in South Shields, Co.Durham. In 1940 he married Martha Hadaway also in South Shields. Their son Kenneth was born in 1945, South Shields.

For unknown reasons Gosnay left the family after the birth of his son. He has been found in London in the 1946,47,48 Electoral Registers living in Kings Cross. The last address was 15 Acton St.

After 1948 he disappears completely. There is no record of a death anywhere I can find nor any other listing for him.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

If his son is still living you need to remove his name.  I think if my first name was Gosnay I would rather be known as George
