Bay family genealogy
« on: Sunday 12 August 18 08:05 BST (UK) »
With lots of help and a alot of time spent I've traced my Bay family paternal line back 11 generations. For the past 3 years I've been at a loss. I've taken a 23andMe DNA test (I2a2a1a1a1a; I-m284;I-L126;y4171;s7753)My 7th great grandfather is listed as well via a cousin of mine of the same paternal line branching off at Captain Thomas Bay (1741-1826)
Starting with my great grandfather
James Culburn Bay (1871-1931) Ohio
James E Bay (1846-1925) Ohio
James H Bay (1820-1847)Ohio
William Bay (1778-1862)  b. Va d. Oh
Capt. Thomas Bay(1741-1826) b. VA d. OH
Thomas Bay (C.1706C.1746)Va.
John Bay (1682-1739)Maryland
John Bay (1650-1700)Maryland
John Bay (c1619-1683) b. UK d. Maryland
I can't get any further.
Any help would be very much appreciated!

What Continent did Captain Thomas Bay (1741-1826) live?
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.
