Also reply #11 about Charlotte Corah - I had found her previously but did anyone find when she married Joseph Corah?
Yes I did but not the full entry on FreeBMD it was in
1872 Sheffield

I think their daughter Charlotte Smith bn c 1851 may marry a Joseph Corah and can be found on
1881 census RG11; Piece: 3377; Folio: 14; Page: 22
Joseph Corah 32
Charlotte Corah 30 Newark, Nottinghamshire
you would need confirmation of her m/c to confirm father's name is Francis
and

Charlotte Smith appears to have married in Sheffield 1872 a Joseph Corah
(as previously mentioned m/c would confirm father's name)
I've checked Sheffield Indexers but the marriage is not transcribed there
Here's the entry from FreeBMD

Corah Joseph Sheffield 9c 362
Downey William Wentworth Sheffield 9c 362
IBBETT Elizabeth Matilda Sheffield 9c 362

also checked familysearch but it only gives above details
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2DLF-8N6I have a reference to a Charlotte Parkin with the same family of Smiths in the 1911 census.
I think they were in Mansfield which is where Annie and her husband were now living.
Here's the 1911 entry from family search

Kate Smith 29 Normanton Newark
Ernest Smith 10 Mansfield Newark
Lesley Smith 6 Mansfield Newark
1901 census entry - going to recheck as I may have made an error in saying her surname should have been Smith rather than Parkin on original

I rechecked 1901c
mixed it up with 1891 census where there is a Joseph Parkin snr. & Charlotte Parkin & living next door is Charlotte Smith single with dau Kate & son John RG13; Piece: 3123; Folio: 57; Page: 11
and here's a possible marriage entry for Charlotte Smith
Sep 1895
Cobb Harriett E. Retford 7b 47
Hollingsworth Joseph E. Retford 7b 47
Parkin Joseph E. Retford 7b 47
Smith Charlotte E. Retford 7b 47
I'm wondering if Joseph Parkin is the son of Joseph Parkin Snr. & Charlotte as there's also a
Joseph Parkin Jnr on the same 1901 census with his wife and family
