Looking for a death of a Ellen Rita Bradshaw.

I have a Arthur b Bradshaw married to a Ellan R Carter in 1927 in Staffordshire, on the marriage they have her as Helen R Carter. But her Birth in 1899 in Staffordshire its Ellen R and on the 1939 register she is Ellen R.

I have Arthur B Bradshaw's death in 1966 Staffordshire, he is buried in Hartshill cemetery with his parents.

I just can't find a death for his wife Ellen.

Any help would be appreciated

Her birth date is given as 27 Jun 1899 on 39 Census

Thank you cannot believe I could not find her , have spent all weekend looking 😴. Now the task of finding were she is buried.
Like I said her husband was buried in 66 with his parents. She is not in the same grave.
Finding the Staffordshire burial index brilliant found so many ancestors,  together.
Ellen not coming up on it though 😕

Must say Keele cemetery that covers Newcastle are brilliant, nothing to much trouble just phone and they will help, stoke all you get is cost you £30

She is also listed as Helen,as she is on her marriage index too.
So she must have called herself by both names.
