Just Googled :  William TAYLOR 1745, Kingsland, Herefordshire

and Under the Heading:

Herefordshire 101-200

At some point this must have been on sale in eBay

Date: 1762

1762 VELLUM DEED SELLING FREEHOLD IN HEREFORD NO RESERVE.

This ia an entirely handwritten vellum indenture dated 4 March 1762 in the reign of King George III and is between Ann PURSHULL of the City of Worcester on the first part; John TAYLOR of Kingsland in Hereford of the second part and John GETTING of Kingsland, a stone cutter, of the third part, interestlingly, the document mentions that TAYLOR proposes to sell to GETTING "the freehold and inheritance" of the land concerned which is in Kingsland.

There is one excellent blue revenue stamp for two shillings and sixpence and two red wax seals by the signatures.

There are also witnesses' signatures and a receipt on the verso.

Size.  The document is approx. 30" wide x 23" high.
Condition;  Dustmarking on the small outer portion of the verso but otherwise in excellent condition with the usual folding creases.

Hi Capetown thanks for that, I can't read that at all  ;D
It was such a small place, and yet it is so hard this one finding 100% who John Taylor born 1791 parents were. Feeling deflated today.... :-\

I've found a baptism for a Mary Lawrence in the Randwick parish records.

Details as follows:
Mary the daughter of George Lawrence of the parish of Stroud baptised 8th March 1751.
