« on: Wednesday 15 August 18 02:57 BST (UK) »
I've another one here I could use some help with. Eva Elizabetha Heinlein, d. 1804, Eisfeld. Any further details welcomed. I've got her age-34 years, 5 mos., 10 days. Not much else, though.
Thanks!

Eine Ehefrau des Meister Christlieb Lebrecht Heinleins Bürgers und Schuhmachers
allh(ier) starb an einen Magenfluß d(en) 18. Nov. Abends um 10 Uhr, und
wurde den 21. ejusd(em) vormittags um 8 Uhr in der Stille begraben. Alter:
34 Jahr, 5 Monat und 10 Tage

A wife of Master Christlieb Lebrecht Heinleins, Citizen and Shoemaker, from here
died of Magenfluß on the 18 Nov. 10-o-clock in the evening and was buried quietley (stille) in the morning of the 21 ejusd(em)

I think Magenfluß is diarrhoea (dysentery)
Latin ejusdem = same (month)

Stille beerdigung
Funerals were larger or smaller depending on the deceased's status, "quiet" funerals were never big celebrations. They took place without a funeral sermon and often without public attendance early in the morning or in the evening.
