As you say Familysearch has that Marriage 18 February 1802 Alstonfield, Stafford

Baptisms;
St Peter, Alstonefield
To JAMES/MARY B
WILLIAM 18 Jun 1815
MARY 5 April 1818
HENRY 30 Mar 1823
CHARLES 25 Jan 1831
(FreeREG)

FAMILYSEACH.ORG has same place;
GEORGE 10 Feb 1805
JAMES 28 December 1806
WILLIAM 22 October 1809, likely buried 22 May 1811, Parents James/Mary
ELIZABETH 17 January 1812, buried 22 Jan 1812
RUTH 8 December 1812
(strange 2 children 1812 unless there are 2 James/Marys around)

Cant find anything for ISAAC to a James/Mary unless he was not their child, There are possibles.
One illeg born to a Mary Berrisford
This one seems to have married 23 Nov 1846 and names his Father as Soloman MELLOR.
Interestingly a Anne Edge* is a witness.
(FreeREG)

I am doubtful your James was the one born 1783 Alton.
