I just cant find these sisters born to Thomas Grogan (1882) and Bridget McNicholas 1876.  They have 4 siblings matilda 1924, James patrick 1913,Henry 1916 and Walter 1929.   

Are you sure you have correct birth year for Bridget McNicholas? If she was born 1876 it would make her around 53 at birth of Walter 1929 and 48 when Matilda was born.

Re Bridget's y.o.b. how about 1889 registered in Castlebar Superintendent's Registrar's District, Balla District? Father was Henry. Father's name on her marriage registration was Henry.

There were 2 families on 1901 Irish census which are worth a look. They are both headed by father, Henry and both have a daughter Bridget. One has a son, Walter, aged 9. Both families were at Danganmore (Bellavary), Mayo. House 11 and house  13. Bridget in house 13 may be the same Bridget whose birth registration I mentioned. There were other McNicholas families in the townland.

I couldn't find a birth registration for Bridget in House 11 or Walter, her brother. Perhaps the family spent several years out of Ireland.
