There is a James Cope, born 10 Sept 1819, bap 25 Nov 1821, St Anne Westminster to James & Esther.

A closer look shows that father James is also a Butcher from St James (modified).

There is also the following Westminster burials:
James Cope, 3yrs & 7 mths (b.Nov 1818) from Rupert Street, buried at St James in May 1822,
James Cope, 18mth, (b.Jun 1821) from Little St Martins Lane, buried Dec 1822 at St Martins
