The information from that site seems consistent with the information that you have...

The birth record for "George Abrin Prentice" is on family search...this is likely George Alvin Prentice.
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939J-6Z9V-LS?i=1090&cc=1784212

The births of the brothers are also on family search
Robert Milton

Norman

From the Crosier reunion article...looks like Robert Milton goes by the name Milton and George Alvin goes by the name Alvin (obit for your great Aunt Agnes also calls him Alvin).  By 1941, Alvin is remarried (Mrs Alvin Prentice is mentioned).  Alvin's second wife died in 1971 (Uxbridge Journal death notice).   George Prentice Sr. is still alive in 1941 (oldest person at the reunion).   This all fits nicely with the information in the site you found.

under Prentis there is an Alvin and Nancy - he born Canada she Scotland with a child Barbara M on the 1930 U.S. census for Detroit.  Barbara is listed further down from Alvin and Nancy - they are all boarders in the household.  Nancy was often used for Agnes.

Border crossing for George, Agnes and Barbara Prentice 2 Aug 1929 at Detroit.  Barbara 7 weeks born Port Perry.

Hello yes, this will be them as my grandmother always called her Nancy and it wasn't until I brought her birth certificate a few years ago that I found out she was born Agnes. Hopefully can find the other sister too. There were 3 children, my great grandfather stayed in Scotland, Agnes (nancy) who we know moved to Canada and George who moved and died in Florida and also no clue what happened to him. :-(
Thank you all for all your help so far, I pay for ancestry but not the overseas one, I would like to afford it one day, but also pay regular credits for Scotland's people, that with ordering the odd birth and death record so expensive, thank you.
